Classes at Emeryville Taiko are open to everyone. Taiko is an energetic performing art which requires basic coordination and rhythm skills. Not only will you learn traditional Japanese music and language, you will learn discipline and respect. You will be expected to practice and keep up with the class, and participate in performances. Come prepared to be challenged and have fun!

NRG Bar and Serious Sculpt are classes that incorporate weights into a pre-choreographed athletic workout set to powerful motivating music. While NRG Bar incorporates Barbells, Serious Sculpt uses less Barbell and more resistance tubes and hand weights. Both workouts appeal to men and women, from beginners to conditioned athletes. Each 45-60 minute choreographed class works every major muscle group in the body - it strengthens, conditions, shapes, tones and defines muscle. Instruction and participation focus heavily on correct lifting technique with the use of light to moderate weights and high repetition.

This newly added feature allows the MPSRx system to link specific medications, routes, frequencies and drug classes to requirements for clinical documents. This feature acts as a great reminder for staff to perform other required tasks. For instance, if a staff member administers a blood pressure test, the system requires the blood pressure reading to be entered into the system. This feature helps facilities keep in compliance. Instead of a nurse having to remember to document a blood pressure reading, the system reminds the nurse that the form must be completed before continuing.

Shamans are one of the most versatile classes in the game as they can switch seamlessly from offensive caster to healer to melee DPS as needed, though at later levels they often specialize in one of these roles. Shamans can provide good support to a party, with the ability to step in and fill any role that may be lacking at the moment. Their high burst damage and healing ... make them quite good at PvP. They are able to drop stationary totems on the ground which provide a variety of effects, many of which are useful to their entire party. They are unique in that they can provide complete wipe recovery by self-resurrecting and then resurrecting the rest of the party. With the release of the Burning Crusade, Shamans are no longer exclusive to the Horde.
