Chloe agreed to give Jack schematics of a suitcase nuke when he told her that he would destroy the component after Audrey was safe. Chloe hacked into Morris' system and began to upload a schematic of the bomb to Jack's cell phone. The schematic was still loading when Morris began to return to his station. Luckily, it uploaded to Jack's cell phone right before Morris returned to his station. However, Morris installed a program at his station and he discovered that someone hacked into his system. He planned to call security and inform Buchanan, but Chloe revealed she was the one who hacked into his system.

After the failed assassination of Assad via military helicopter, Chloe found an image of Jack rescuing the terrorist. She shared the information with Bill Buchanan, who conceded that from Jack's perspective, a rescue was the right action. Chloe suggests if Jack is right, then Fayed should be monitored. Buchanan agrees, and subsequently CTU obtains information that Fayed was indeed behind the latest waves of bombings.

Chloe then enlisted the help of her ex-husband, Morris O'Brian, to help Jack on modifying the Field Communications equipment. Chloe then sent Morris to deliver the equipment to Jack. After Jack's attempt at getting a confession from the President failed, he was arrested and taken into custody. Chloe then reverted to plan B, and played a big role in bringing the President down. It turned out before Jack was arrested, he planted a micro-chip into the President's signature pen. When the President said what they wanted to hear, Chloe quickly set up a call with the Attorney General, and called in Bill Buchanan and Karen Hayes.

Chloe worries about Morris when she smells liquor on his breath, but he admits to drinking in a moment of weakness and then immediately spitting it out. She won’t rat him out if he promises to call his sponsor and stay in her shadow for the rest of the day. When Milo confides that he has the same suspicions about Morris, she begs him not to tell Buchanan.

Chloe is the voice of the Tooth Fairy in this charming Australian animation. Although clips of this have been seen, the project has been delayed indefinitely.
