SmartPay provides remote payment services in China under the brand name "Jieyin". Chinese consumers and intermediaries utilize SmartPay Jieyin for the payment of mobile, utility, travel-related and other payments. SmartPay continues to launch additional payment services under the "Jieyin" brand name.
