Child porn laws are very different in what they consider as pornography. It starts from laws which consider only the portrayal of illegal activities as child porn (Germany) and ends with considering almost any nude and even some dressed child picture as child porn. A prominent local orthopedic surgeon has admitted to sending child pornography over the Internet under the chat room alias of "BubbaMD327," according to court documents filed Tuesday. The computers contained 213 pornographic pictures of what appeared to be children, including a girl apparently between 6 and 8 years old, as well as transcripts of BubbaMD327's online chats with people who said they were young girls.

Kindquist described one incident in which he received approximately 30 pictures of child pornography from an unknown source. According to the report, the pictures were of females between the ages of six and 15 in compromising positions with adult males.

Since the ACLU thinks that child pornography should be legal, it is not surprising to read that it is against making it a felony to advertise, sell, purchase, barter, exchange, give, or receive child pornography.
