The new Chevrolet Impala has two engine configuration available, and two trims. The Chevy Impala sedan and LS with an optional Sport Package. Under the hood of the Impala you'll find a 3400 V6 engine with sequential fuel injection which generates 180 hp at 5200 rpm and 205 lb.-ft. of torque at 4000 rpm. The EPA estimated MPG on the 2004 2005 models is 32 highway. Also available is the 200-hp 3800 V6 engine with flat torque curve.
