Cheese curds are squeaky-fresh, delectable cheddar in its natural, random shape and form before being processed into blocks of cheddar. Cheese makers used to take handfuls of these morsels home. The cooperative is owned by the farm families who produce the milk. Ellsworth was proclaimed the cheese curd capitol of Wisconsin by the governor of Wisconsin. Unlike other cheese curds, Ellsworth's cheese curds are packaged loose and not in one big lump.

Cheese is formed by combining heroin with crushed tablets of certain over-the-counter cold medication, such as Tylenol PM. Such cold medications contain acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol, and the antihistamine diphenhydramine, the active ingredient in Benadryl and a common opiate potentiator.[1] Cheese samples obtained in north Dallas contained between 2% and 8% heroin, in contrast to the 30% commonly found in black tar heroin.[2][3] Users commonly take the powder by insufflation rather than by intravenous injection. Another less common term for this mixture is "Tylenol With Smack" by analogy to the Tylenol With Codeine series.
