[H]ave a lot of things for the sleep-deprived Combs, 30, and husband David Donoho, 38, a former Charmed key grip, ever since Finely arrived three months ago. At the family's San Fernando Valley ranch-style home, Finely has been lavished with attention and gifts - especially from Comb's fellow TV witches Alyssa Milano and Rose McGowan. "He's gorgeous [but] he's a little spoiled," says Milano. No wonder: "The kid could have been outfitted alone from the stuff that Alyssa has brought him," jokes Combs. "Rose got him a playpen Bassinet." with Charmed back in production, Finely will often accompany Mom to the set. "he's got his own trailer, driver and nanny, " says Combs.

The story of Charmed begins with the three Halliwell sisters — Prudence, Piper and Phoebe — coming together six months after the death of their grandmother. Moving back into the family Manor in San Francisco, the youngest sister, Phoebe, discovers an old book — the Book of Shadows — in the attic. Reading an incantation from it, she unwittingly sets in motion events that fulfill an ancient prophecy. Strange and harrowing occurrences begin which eventually lead the sisters to realize that they are witches.

[N]ot every death on Charmed has been so easily reversed; as several important supporting characters have died without being revived, such as Andy, Cole (the second time), Kyle Brody, and adult Chris. Although, Chris, Kyle, and Cole appear in episodes after their deaths, none are revived: Kyle reveals to Paige that he became a Whitelighter, Cole is in limbo, and Chris's first appearance is as a personification of Leo's guilt, his second is a Chris from a different future.

After the cake munching, press members got to chat with the cast of "Charmed" on the attic set of their San Francisco manor house. We were warned not to get any cake crumbs in the Book of Shadows as we sat down with Holly, who walked in wearing jeans, black tank and brown jacket and carrying a big vanilla latte which she explained that she needed as the sleep-deprived mom of a 10 month old.

Charmed is a delightful story that is not only well-written, but the characters are vastly appealing as well. The story is tender and makes one hope that there are people out in the world who have such open and giving hearts. Beth Ciotta did a wonderful job with this story and I look forward to reading more of her work."
