Chad Michael Murray (born August 24, 1981) is an American actor, former male fashion model and teen idol. Biography Early life Murray was born in Buffalo, New York; he has Three sisters (Brittany, Kristy and Jamey). He attended South Fork High School in his hometown of Clarence, NY. His father works as a Paramedic and his mother is a housewife. Murray describes himself as a loner in high school. At the age of fifteen, he began playing football as a kicker and punter.

Born on August 24, 1981 in Buffalo, New York, Chad Michael Murray was already a performer at a young age. When he was 15, he sustained an injury during a high school football game, and was ... rushed to the hospital, where a nurse encouraged him to pursue a modeling career after his recovery. A couple of years later, Murray won a scholarship from a modeling agency in Buffalo to attend a modeling convention in Orlando, Florida, which he gladly attended. It was there when he was discovered, and later brought to Los Angeles.
