Depending on what you are looking for, Genealogical researchers need to be aware that the 1930 census does not provide an accurate "snapshot" of the family structure at that time. Most of the census in 2007 was taken in August, while the Somali Region and the Afar Region were not covered. The northern Afar region is a remote, hot and arid area.
