Artistic Megan won a ‘Nature Detectives’ competition to design an ‘eco’ T-shirt worn by ‘Jelly’, the popular green puppet that hosts CBeebies’ children’s shows. Nature Detectives is a children’s club run by The Woodland Trust, the UK’s leading woodland conservation charity. It’s designed to get children interested in nature all about them. Megan joined Nature Detectives several years ago, and has since kept up with all kinds of environmental and wildlife news, fun and games for children, through activity packs, and ... the website www.naturedetectives.org.uk This year, Nature Detectives has teamed up with CBeebies to spread a conservation message far and wide, providing lots of material for their three weeks of ‘Springwatch’ programming.
