The first time a consumer uses the $20 or $30 card, they can add 20 and 30 minutes free domestic long distance minutes, respectively, to their card. The additional minutes need to be used during the holiday promotion period -- Nov. 16 to Dec. 31 -- in order to take full advantage of all the free minutes.
