[T]he US episode layout was oriented on the action packed episodes with Sakura and Li, while other English versions featured all the episodes in the same order as in CCS. The only major change in the English dub was the yuri and yaoi scenes, names of characters, and various other scenes. The UK and Canadian version ... had the first 2 seasons merged together to form one whole season. This meant the first season was based on the Clow Cards and the second season on the transformation into Star Cards. The opening song for the first and second seasons is the same, though the animation scenes were changed to reflect the events of the season. Additionally, there is a basic title screen used for the episodes that composed of the first.
It is through elements like Sakura's crush on Yukito, the characters' interactions, and many surprising plot twists that Cardcaptor Sakura really shines. Despite being a children's show, there are enough sophisticated elements and side-plots to keep older viewers engaged. In fact, the main storyline about capturing the Clow Cards often takes a backseat to the intrigue and developments of the various relationships among the characters. That is, the capture of a Clow Card does not necessarily indicate the climax of an episode.

Sakura wins a trip to Hong Kong and takes along Tomoyo-chan, her brother, and Yukito-san. The story isn't too intense but is somewhat interesting as you get to see some of the mysteries involving the creator of the Clow Cards. The movie is just fun, and cute to watch, so it should please most CCS fans.
