Candida treatment using Apple Cider Vinegar - For oral Candida mix 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a cup of luke warm water. Gargle the solution for about a minute but make sure you do not swallow any. After you have done the mouthwash, soak a cotton swab in the undiluted apple cider vinegar and apply directly to the sores. Do not rince your mouth until the next morning.

Candida treatment using a Teatree Oil Mouthwash - A teatree oil mouthwash can be used for oral thrush. Simply mix 5 to 8 drops of teatree oil into a glass of water and gargle the solution making sure it touches all surfaces. Be sure not to swallow the solution. This is to be done twice a day, morning and night.
