Apparently the driver lost control, causing the truck to swirve into oncoming traffic, hitting Cassidy's side of the SUV. right Of all of the passengers, Cassidy, 24, was the only passenger to sustain injuries with a fractured skull and numerous broken bones on the left side of his face.
