Amanda Dietz is a Process Management Advisor and the Business Analysis and Project Management Practice Leader for Orion Development Group. She has more than 25 years of experience in operations management, project management and process improvement. Before becoming a consultant, Ms. Dietz served in numerous senior leadership positions, overseeing operations, technology services and internal audit at InTuition, Inc. and Florida Federal Savings Bank. At InTuition, she received national attention as a semi-finalist in the USA Today/RIT Quality Service Award, based on process redesign efforts that yielded dramatic improvements in operational cycle time and customer service. Ms. Dietz earned her BS from Indiana University and MBA from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Quality Manager (American Society for Quality).
Following the initial release of the Oracle Business Process Analysis Suite in December 2006, Oracle continues to enhance its portfolio of BPM capabilities. This new release marks a major step forward in Oracle's delivery of a comprehensive BPM offering, including components of the Oracle Business Process Analysis Suite and Oracle SOA Suite, which integrate business process analysis, execution and monitoring tools. Based on an underlying common model format, the Process Blueprint, this innovative integration offers customers closed-loop engineering and bi-directional synching capabilities, enabling business analysts and developers to closely collaborate throughout the entire BPM lifecycle using the best tools for their specific needs.

Each Process Integration Pack will leverage the Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA Suite and use a methodology that should enable a quick implementation by customers or partners. By offering pre-built, integration packs, Oracle intends to help significantly reduce the cost to deploy and maintain integrations, while supporting a more adaptive application infrastructure.
FileVision specializes in and employs experts in the areas of information relationship management, document management software, document imaging and workflow software with a focus on business process analysis. FileVision's expertise is in analyzing customer processes and determining how to configure the software to fit individual processes, rather than having customers change their processes to fit the software.
