Well-known Toronto chef Rosemary Lee will lead a tour to Thailand to explore the regional cooking and culture of Thailand. Featured on the tour are five cooking classes: in Bangkok’s Chinatown, and in the Central Plains area of the country in Petchaboon, using the local herbs and produce grown at the mountain resort of KhaoKho Thalenphu. The third class will explore Northern Thai cooking at the Somphet Cooking School in Chiang Mai; the fourth class takes place outside the resort town of Hua Hin, 200 KM west of Bangkok. The fifth and last class features seafood, purchased at the local seafood market in Hua Hin.

Bob Bremer was an original Bruce Lee student who was a member of The L.A. Chinatown school of Jeet Kune Do. He has a reputation for being a tough and resiliant martial artist and some close friends and fellow martial artists have even given him the (somewhat unfortunate!) nickname of "The Chinatown Asskicker".
