    ENGLEWOOD - After practicing for the first time this training camp, Denver Broncos receiver Brandon Marshall admitted he might have needed a nudge to get back on the field. Coach Mike Shanahan provided it. After seeing Marshall miss almost two weeks of practice because of a quadriceps injury, Shanahan prodded Marshall to practice. A magnetic resonance imaging test showed no damage to the quadriceps, only scar tissue. The Broncos, who spent all offseason assuming Marshall would be a starter, were low on patience.
