Britney Spears was released from the UCLA Medical Center Wednesday after spending six days in the facility's psych ward. The singer was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance from her home on January 31, and held for a 72-hour evaluation, which was eventually extended. On February 4, a Superior Court commissioner placed Spears under temporary conservatorship, which expired February 14.
