Four paparazzi were arrested for reckless driving while chasing Britney Spears' car in California's San Fernando Valley. An L.A. police official said several cars were spotting following a white Mercedes-Benz around 11:30PM on Wednesday, both too closely and traveling at an unsafe speed.
