A routine court mandated visit with her children turned into a stand off when Britney Spears refused to part with them after time ran out. Trouble started to brew around 7pm when Spears wouldn't allow K-Fed's bodyguard to leave with Sean Preston and Jayden James. The bodyguard finally gave in and called police after 90 minutes of trying to reason with "an intoxicated" Britney.

In February of 2006, photographers snapped photos of Britney driving her car with baby Sean Preston resting in her lap. The big question was "what was she thinking?" as she endangered the safety of her child. LA Deputies were dispatched to her home but no charges were filed.
