Jamie, her father, has been overseeing her well-being, hiring bodyguards and 'removing the chaos' from her life, including removing her now infamous pink wig from her car, and restricting visitors. Her brother, Bryan Spears, has been named a trustee of her trust, and her father and Andrew Wallet, Jamie's lawyer, will now have the power to file and sort out her taxes and other important affairs. They ordered Britney to undergo a 730 evaluation in the child custody case, studying her family. It ... emerged that Sam Lufti has avoided being servied with the restraining order, and that a further hearing will be held on 22nd February - Lufti, who has been seen out partying with Alli Sims, must be served at least 48 hours before the hearing.

Everyone gets into accidents even Britney's mom. Bombarded with paparazzi photographers Lynne, Britney, Jamie Lynne, Felicia, and other friends were in L.A hanging out. As they were trying to get back home, Lynne Spears hit or drove over one photographer’s foot.
