Bridget Moynahan made her professional debut in 2000 with appearances in five movies, though it was her role in 2000’s Coyote Ugly that propelled her to “it girl” status. Following Ugly, Bridget spent the next several years appearing on television shows (she had a memorable seven-episode stint on Sex in the City) and movies (2001’s Serendipity and 2002’s The Sum of All Fears), and she quickly established herself as the go-to actress for big-budget extravaganzas. Bridget has worked with some of Hollywood’s biggest stars -- including Will Smith, Al Pacino and Nicolas Cage -- and there’s little doubt that she will continue to be a force within the industry.

It wasn't long before she began to seek more of her career, and after making an impression on Sex and the City, Moynahan appeared in small roles in such features as In the Weeds and Trifling With Fate (both 2000). Dancing to Prince songs was as just about as demanding as her audition for Coyote Ugly got, and the energetic actress was soon kicking her heels on the bar-top in the free-spirited film. Later appearing in such films as Whipped (2000), Serendipity (2001), and The Sum of All Fears (2002), Moynahan took a choice roll opposite Al Pacino and Colin Farrell in the espionage thriller TheRecruit in 2002.

Bridget will continue to appear in films of varying genres in 2007, starting with her role in the horror film Prey. Inspired by true events and costarring Peter Weller and Carly Schroeder, the movie revolves around a family that finds itself under attack from ravenous lions while vacationing in Africa. Also on her palate, Bridget is scheduled to appear in the Tim Robbins drama Noise, as well as a screwball comedy called Gray Matters (alongside Heather Graham and Molly Shannon).
