Bratz dolls encourage girls to take an interest in style and fashion trends. The dolls were originally intended to entice older girls to maintain an interest in doll play, but it was younger girls who really took a liking to the dolls. They are attracted to the dolls' sophisticated sense of style, rooted in Hollywood entertainment. Bratz dolls are a fun, spunky addition to any doll collection.
In Bratz Forever Diamondz, Yasmin(TM), Cloe(TM), Sasha(TM) and Jade(TM) are back for a brand new adventure that sends them across the country in a contest searching of the hottest young fashion designer. Players will experience unique adventures through each of the four playable characters, while exploring detailed open world environments to compete in the "America Rocks Fashion" TV show. Fans will discover brand new features including a figure skating mode and the ability to adopt a pet to train, dress, accessorize and showcase in competitions.
Everything about the characteristics of Bratz is exaggerated. They have big eyes, big lips and wear lots of makeup. Bratz wear fashions reminiscent of the current pop and hip-hop stars like Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera or J.Lo. They sport crop tops, mini skirts, knee high boots and funky caps. The doll is even designed to stand upright on its own to model the fashions.
Bratz Babyz, whose tagline is “The Baby Girls with a Passion for Fashion,” represent the Bratz girls before they became big fashionistas. These little cuties ... feature the big, pretty eyes, as well as painted finger and toe nails. Each baby comes with an outfit, a chain with a bottle, a diaper bag purse, a blanket, and their own cute “Petz.” The Petz provide even more opportunities for imaginative play.
Spider-Man 3 Lionsgate and MGA Entertainment have ... reached a deal that provides the studio with the exclusive North American home entertainment distribution rights to future Bratz(TM) animated and direct-to-DVD features. The first title to be released under the deal will be BRATZ FASHION PIXIEZ(TM), an all-new direct-to-DVD feature that is scheduled for release in Spring 2007.
"The Bratz interactive debut shipped nearly 1.4 million units and was the number one video game franchise for girls in 2005," said John Ardell, director of global brand management, THQ. "With the recent release of MGA's new BRATZ: Forever Diamondz fashion dolls and the upcoming DVD launch, we see even more momentum surrounding the Bratz universe, positioning the Bratz Forever Diamondz cross-platform game release for greater success."
