Bee-Bot Bee-Bot: The Bee-Bot turtle robot responds to forward, back, left, and right commands entered via the red arrow buttons. Bee-Bot can remember up to 40 consecutive commands and executes them when the green GO button is pressed. Bee-Bot blinks and beeps at the end of each command and then signals when the program has concluded. Bright colors and sturdy construction make Bee-Bot an ideal inspiration to young children to explore and learn. Bee-Bot is ready to go right out of its storage box with batteries included.
To return the Bot to previous behavior will require changes to the config XML. The new duplicate spell checking allows using nested commands to easily restore the previous behavior. To do this you would change the "Full Axe" command to call several nested commands (e.g. Buff Weapon, Axe, etc.), rather than calling a spell array with all the desired spells. Previously this would have cause duplicate spells to be cast on the user, but the new duplicate checking will catch any duplicate spells in the nested commands and skip them. Because this would make the BuffWeapon a nested command and invalid target would only result in canceling that portion of the overall Full Axe command -- the remaining portions would still be processed.
A Bot is dynamically constructed from a bunch of components. This Bot class is the glue that brings them all together: the Bot object contains the main loop, and glues Connections to Handlers. The Connections send/receive messages to the Bot, and the Handlers process those messages. Some of the Handlers ... implement the Cron.Task interface, and have periodically executed behavior. An actual implementation of a Bot in effect configures the Bot with all the right Handler and Connection objects.

Each step moves Bee-Bot from one square to the next on the grid and so encourages the development of planning, counting, and mapping skills.
