In South Korea, Internet addiction is such a big problem that the government has set up a nationwide network of treatment centers -- and even opened a "boot camp" to help treat the most at-risk youth, The New York Times reports. Up to 30 percent of South Koreans under age 18 -- about 2.4 million people -- are at risk of Internet addiction, according to one leading expert.
