Bob Seger Changes His Tune About Detroit For years, Bob Seger's songs glamorized big American cars. One of his tunes helped Chevy sell millions of pickups. But on his latest CD, the Michigan native urges America to kick its gas-guzzling habit.

While distinctively Seger, this disc in no way sounds like recycled material. Fans of Seger's older material will certainly enjoy it, but so will those unfamiliar with his past work. While there are no instant classics on this disc, there are plenty of very listenable songs and at least two or three with chart potential. Don't believe the reviews about "No More" being cliched and cheesy, it is quality anti-war song with a very catchy melody.
