[A]nnounced today, Bloc Party will be playing a twenty show tour, starting January 27 to coincide with the radio single release. Bloc Party will be prepping the US for their new release by touring across North America on a 28 gig tour with Panic! At The Disco, a tour that is promising to sell out many of the shows. The band will be resting in between tours during the festive months of December and January.

Like many such kids, between them they eventually concluded that their own attempts to imitate what had informed them could be construed as a worthy variation on the many forms that proceeded. The next single, "I Still Remember", was Bloc Party's first American single. The band released their third single "Hunting for Witches" with an accompaning video clip in August 2007. In October 2007 it was announced that Bloc Party would release a new single, Flux, on November 12 - ahead of their end of year gigs. The track was ... produced by Jacknife Lee and can be assumed to be a continuation of the sound of their last album.[6]

The Kaiser Chiefs, the night's attraction in Leeds, are part of a brigade of promising new British bands that ... includes Bloc Party and Kasabian. Rolling Stone magazine has named the Chiefs one of the 10 bands to watch in 2005, and McCartney has called them "really cool."
