Kerry Wells, Betty Broderick's prosecutor, is the deputy district attorney in charge of the Stalker Task Force. The second trial in October of 1991 was more successful for the state, as the prosecution took off the gloves, ending with Betty convicted of two counts of second degree murder. She is now serving her 32-years-to-life prison term and will be eligible for parole in 2011.
