"I think everybody in the world knows that Christmas is stressful," Affleck said. "It's a sacred holiday for me, and I'm a believer in the spiritual aspect of the holiday as well, but it doesn't mean that it's not ... hectic and manic and crazy — how to get your in-laws together and travel and buy presents and cook. That's why half the people just get drunk."
