In his jobs prior to joining WIN, Dr. Baretta was in charge of business development for a regional economic and community development organization. He has ... acted as a private consultant to governments, foundations and non-profit entities. In these assignments, he was primarily involved with assisting clients with the creation and implementation of strategic planning, and with project development and management.

Synopsis: After an undercover policewoman is killed, Baretta poses as a fugitive gangster in order to infiltrate a mansion that the syndicate runs as a house of illicit pleasures. NOTE: The part of Candy is played by Sondra Blake, appearing for the first time in a dramatic role with her husband Robert.
Baretta ... noted that TPR and control students performed equally on a reading comprehension test. Baretta does not report Asher in full. First, TPR students in Asher (1972) also did better than controls on a listening test that did not include the repeated activity. In addition, controls had 35% more class hours exposure to German and had much more emphasis on reading and writing.
Baretta: Season 1 (Full Screen) [3 Discs] It is a sordid fact of life that were it not for Robert Blake's newfound infamy as an accused wife murderer, Baretta, which lasted from 1975 to 1978, might have been relegated to late nights in TV land. But as they say in Hollywood, there's no such thing as bad publicity. So here is this three-disc set containing all 12 episodes of the offbeat cop series' first season. Created by Stephen A. Cannell (whose eclectic credits range from The A-Team and The Great American Hero to The Rockford Files and Wiseguy), Baretta was a tailor-made star vehicle for the pugnacious Blake. In light of his later situation, lines such as "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime," "You just pull the trigger and somebody dies," and "Husbands have been known to sometimes kill their wives for money" take on a grimly prophetic resonance. But as these episodes testify, Baretta is more than a newly minted sick joke.

"Walk Like You Talk" is another standout from this 12-episode first season, as Baretta is accused of taking payoffs from drug dealers. In this era when "Serpico" was still fresh in viewer's minds, this episode has some interesting things to say about police corruption, and how it tarnishes even innocent cops.

Baretta broke down most of the manufacturing job vacancies into general types. He said there were 175 openings for assemblers and fabricators, 971 jobs for machinists and welders, 516 "other production jobs" and 341 vacancies for installation and maintenance work.
