Bar Girls

[A] film about lesbian relationships set around the bar scene. Realistic or not, it was entertaining. Loretta and Rachel like each other enough to call in the U-Haul (there are several of these jokes). But when J.R. moves into town, Loretta becomes jealous enough to almost reck their relationship. Annie (Lisa Parker) and Sandy (CeCe Tsou) are their respective ex's and they add to the atmosphere of the bar scene.

Not that and Filipina bar girl understands what it means to be Catholic, they just understand that Catholicism is what they are and when it is time to speak of religion or it is Holy Week or some other religious holiday, they all follow the Catholic dogma as best they can.

You can see dance bar patrons among people of all age groups, communities and castes. There is true socialism here. There are teenagers (who have tried hard at looking grown-up) and there are the 50-plus. The audience, still, is overwhelmingly male.
