The nefarious hero (or is he an anti-hero) of this piece is called Eric, although the program allows you to input a new name If you prefer to personalise your software, and you can change the names of the other ‘actors’ in this play. ‘Play’ and ‘actors’ are apt words in this game, for it carries on its own life regardless of what you are doing, in fact the demo alone is like watching ‘Grange Hill’ on the telly!

6. John Ritter -- Children
   John Ritter starred in many made-for-TV movies including It Came From the Sky in 1999 with Yasmine Bleeth and made guest appearances on TV shows such as Ally McBeal and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He ... provided the voice for Clifford in the animated children's show Clifford the Big Red Dog, a role for which he received two Emmy nominations.
7. Alice White -- Work
   Blonde "boop-a-doop," silent film leading lady Alice White worked as a Hollywood secretary and script girl before getting her acting break in The Sea Tiger (1927). White's popularity hit her peak just before the silent films gave way to the talkies. Her voice matched her screen image perfectly, and she made a successful switchover to sound. Unfortunately, the "flapper" roles in which she specialized went out of fashion; ... at least according to one of her co-stars, White was terrified of the microphone and found it more difficult to perform in each successive film. By the mid-'30s, White was playing brassy "bad girl" second leads in lesser pictures; by the 1940s, movie opportunities dried up and she went back to work as a secretary. Alice White made her last screen appearance in a tiny role in Joan Crawford's Flamingo Road (1949).

9. Maxtor
   The company's sales increased rapidly and soon Maxtor was competing with the biggest names in the computer disk drive industry. By 1984, it was in direct competition with Seagate Technology over the introduction and market share of high-capacity 5.25-inch Winchester rigid-disk drives. However, the competition took place in the realm of company press releases rather than in the marketplace. Seagate, the originator and leading manufacturer of 5.25 Winchesters, boasted that it would soon introduce the ST412 High Performance interface, which would make it easier for high-volume computer manufacturers to enhance their disk drives in a shorter period of time. Maxtor responded by publicizing that it would soon introduce its Enhanced Small Disk Interface, which would transfer high-rate data in large memory systems. With the demand for 5.25 high-capacity Winchesters increasing, it seemed as though the first company to ship its product in volume would be declared the victor.
10. Earhart, Amelia -- Women
    Amelia acquired a single engine Lockheed Vega airplane. She competed in the Women's Air Derby race from Santa Monica to Cleveland (... called the “Powder-Puff Derby”), the first cross-country race for women, finishing in third place. She was appointed Assistant to the General Traffic Manager at Transcontinental Air Transport (now TWA) with special responsibility for promoting aviation to women travelers (July 1). Amelia helped organize The Ninety-Nines, Inc., the first women pilots’ organization (November 2), and later became the organization’s first president in 1931.
