  1. Progressive Rock
The advancement of technology was always a prime element in progressive rock, especially in electronics. In keyboards, the Mellotron was generally a signature sound in many progressive acts like the Moody Blues, King Crimson and Genesis, while others incorporated synthesizers. In the late 1970s, King Crimson's Robert Fripp, along with Brian Eno, developed his own patented version of electronic gadgetry called Frippertronics using analog tape loops which he still uses today in a digital format. In the 1980s, Frank Zappa would use the synclavier extensively for composing and recording.

  6. Australian Aboriginal Mythology -- Dreamtime Return
After the success of Dreamtime Return, which was inspired by Australian aboriginal mythology, Roach returned to Australia. He traveled the continent with a tape recorder collecting natural sounds and capturing performances by native musicians, which he then wove into a sonic journey through the outback. The album is significant in that it features high-quality recordings of aboriginal didjeridu master David Hudson, who does some startling things with this ancient wind instrument. There are ... some powerful performances by a group of five didjeridu players, as well as some intriguing contemporary compositions by Australian composer Sarah Hopkins. ~ Linda Kohanov, All Music Guide
  7. Steve Brodie -- Miscellaneous
Brodie, 54, describes his occupation as an investor who manages his own portfolio of stocks, bonds and loans. He has served as chair of the Atlanta Human Relations Commission since November 2004, but resigned his post to run. City regulations prohibit candidates for elected office from serving on a city-related panel.
  8. Akuma -- Opponents
As with the second World Warrior tournament, Akuma did not enter the third World Warrior tournament, but once more lurked in the shadows. He even successfully pulled off a Shun Goku Satsu on the tournament sponsor Gill, although he left without realizing that Gill had resurrected himself. Over this timespan, Akuma had trained relentlessly until finally harnessing his power and learning several new techniques, some that were meant to create tidal waves, some described as strong enough to split Ayers Rock in half, and one that could kill an opponent with a single strike. Akuma's self-taught technique is called the Kongō Kokuretsu Zan, in which Akuma channels all his power into one hand and smashes it into the ground, creating a vortex of energy upward around him. It is supposedly this technique that was used to destroy his original training ground (mentioned above), although this is mainly conjecture as he is not shown using this move until the 3rd World Warrior tournament.
