Whether you are in the Atkins Induction Phase, Ongoing Weight Loss, Pre-Maintenance, or Lifetime Maintenance Phase, you can maximize the benefits of your Atkins diet only by removing the uncertainty of guesswork from your daily nutrition. An example: in your Ongoing Weight Loss Phase, you add just 5 grams of Net Carbs per day in weekly increments until weight loss ceases. Five grams of anything is just over one-sixth of an ounce!
