Using DriverHeaven's Mobility Modder utility, you can modify the desktop ATI drivers so that they can be installed on Macbook Pros and iMacs in Windows XP or WIndows Vista. Bootcamp users can use this method to update their graphics drivers to take advantage of graphics updates not yet provided by Apple.

ATI currently provides proprietary drivers, called ATI Catalyst, for Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows XP, Mac OS X, and Linux. Linux users have the option of both the old proprietary (R200 and above) and new open source (R480 and below) drivers.

If a previous ATI Display Driver has already been installed, uninstall the ATI Display Driver. Use the Add/Remove Programs applet in the Windows Control Panel to do this. Restart once prompted. If prompted, cancel the installation of the display adapter upon boot up.
