The Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP) is a tri-service agency of the Department of Defense specializing in pathology consultation, education and research. AFIP maintains 22 subspecialty departments with a combined workforce of over 820 personnel, including over 120 pathologists and other scientists.

The Armed Forces offer opportunity, challenge, and structure to young adults. Some young adults with LD or AD/HD may be disqualified for military service under current, regulations. For example, the current use of medication to improve or maintain academic skills is disqualifying.

COMBAT POWER LAND is the total combat capability of the nation's armed forces except for their navies. Certain nations like Israel, Sweden and Switzerland have a rapid mobilization capability which achieves the combat value shown within three days of mobilization. Their normal, unmobilized, combat value is less than one third of the value shown. As explained elsewhere, combat value is modified by geographical, climate and political factors. The value given here is a combination of the quantity and quality of manpower, equipment and weapons. This raw combat value is then multiplied by the force multiplier (see below) to combat value shown in this column.
Most smaller countries have a single organization that encompasses all armed forces employed by the country in question. Third-world armies tend consist primarily of infantry, while first-world armies tend to have larger units manning expensive equipment and only a fraction of personnel in infantry units.
All three branches of Pakistan's armed forces have set up to have joint SAM systems in their respective inventory. The SAM system which is the front contendor is Surface-Launched AMRAAM market jointly by Raytheon and Kongsberg of Norway.
