The original Planet of the Apes movie, on which the entire first line was based, had many identically clad Gorillas who functioned as hunters, soldiers, police, and laborers. With no specific role model, "Soldier Ape" seemed an appropriate enough name. What he lacks in a name... Mego made up for when it came to his outfit. He is the most complex figure of the first series.

Set high on a hill overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the clubhouse will serve as a comfortable gathering place for all members of the Apes Hill Club family. Inspired by traditional Bajan architecture, the clubhouse will offer both formal and informal dining, a lounge and bar. Generous-sized locker rooms will provide the comfort and amenities to relax before or after the round. A special area designed for children will be equipped and staffed with active programming for the younger set.
