The apartment building at Selise Street 26, Tallinn will be ready by the end of 2006. The architects of the new building are Meelis Press and Aivar Viller, whose numerous buildings projected in the most prestigious districts in Tallinn have been widely recognised. The combination of glass, white stencil-concrete and veneered plywood gives the building a unique exterior. The architect has reduced the massive general appearance of the building by varying the façade with protrusive balcony consoles and separating the wooden, concrete, and glass levels clearly from each other.
