Science teacher Dana Lynn Walker is the secret girlfriend of Larry Birkhead- and friends believe they are planning to marry, the Enquirer reports that is has learned exclusively.

Finally, after two months of rampant speculation, the question was finally settled. In April of 2007, DNA results confirmed that Birkhead was indeed the child’s biological father. Acknowledging the validity of these results, Stern conceded his parental rights and even shared an uncomfortable embrace with Birkhead. However, not everyone was ready to throw in the towel just yet.

Anna Nicole and her son, Daniel, are gone, but they've had a cast of visitors at their Bahamas gravesite over the past few days. The former Playboy Playmate's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, visited Anna Nicole's grave on January 31, leaving flowers and planting a kiss on her daughter's and grandson's graves. On the same day, Anna Nicole's 17-month-daughter, Dannielynn, was brought to Anna Nicole's plot by her dad, Larry Birkhead.

The fight over the remains of Anna Nicole's body began in Korda's court, but eventually was turned over to Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin. Korda was ... the judge that ruled that Bahamian court had jurisdiction over the custody of Anna's daughter, Dannielynn.

Larry Birkhead will not share legal custody of his and Anna Nicole Smith's daughter. Birkhead is determined to raise Dannielynn alone after DNA tests proved he is her biological father. However, Anna Nicole's mother Virgie Arthur has indicated she may apply for custody, saying: "I'm glad to find out who the father is, I just want to be the grandmother. It's not over, but it's getting a lot better." Birkhead doesn't want a custody battle and insists he will let Arthur visit whenever she wants. He told the 'Today' show: "We might go from one fight to another, but I'm hoping that's not the case because there's only one dad, and I have no problem with anyone that has good intentions being allowed to visit the baby and be a part of the baby's life.
