Guide Note:Andy Milonakis is an American comedian who's career began when he released comedy shorts and home made videos of himself free style rapping on the internet. One of Milonakis' early fans was Jimmy Kimmel, who recruited him for regular guest appearances on his show Jimmy Kimmel Live! and co-created The Andy Milonakis Show. The show often features Milonakis playing the part of a young boy due to the fact that he has a congenital growth-hormone condition that gives him the outward appearance and voice of a pre-adolescent, when he is in fact an adult man. It was originally filmed in Andy's New York City apartment and is notable for an all star cast of celebrity guests, in particular rap and hip-hop stars due to his love of the music. He has since relocated to Los Angeles.

The Andy Milonakis show premiered in June of 2005. It immediately developed a cult following, of both fans and celebrities. The show follows a rather silly sketch comedy format. It features Andy singing weird songs, doing strange things or interacting with some of his real-life neighbors from the Lower East Side, Manhattan. Usually, each show features a celebrity guest.
