  1. Alessandra Ambrosio -- Models
Alessandra Ambrosio may not be the most curvaceous or top heavy model out there, but there’s no denying the woman is fine as all hell. Not to mention the woman doesn’t have an ounce of fat on her.
  2. Drew Carey
SitcomsOnlline.com has posted in last Thursday's News Blog that The Drew Carey Show will be among a new group of sitcom titles in their "Televsion Favorites" lineup of DVD releases in 2006. These are typically a single-disc release for around $10 SRP with anywhere from 3 to 6 episodes from the show featured on the disc. Blog writer Pavan Badal says that this is "promised", but doesn't indicate that this is a hard announcement just yet. It sounds like he was told by his sources that these releases are meant to test the waters for possible season-set releases later on, and so he (and we) urge you to pick up on this if you're a fan of the show at all. Stay tuned for further developments!
  3. Mark Green -- New York

In 1918 a Georgian–Armenian war erupted over parts of Georgian provinces populated mostly by Armenians which ended due to British intervention. In 1918–19 Georgian general Giorgi Mazniashvili led a Georgian attack against the White Army led by Moiseev and Denikin in order to claim the Black Sea coastline from Tuapse to Sochi and Adler for independent Georgia. The country's independence did not last long.... Georgia was under British protection from 1918-1920.

    * Unbeaten Roddick Leads U.S. to Davis Cup Title -- Andy Roddick posted a 6-0 Davis Cup record in leading the U.S. to its first Davis Cup title in 12 years as the Americans defeated Russia 4-1 in the final. Pete Sampras was the last American to post an unblemished record (6-0) and lead the U.S. to the title in 1995.
