Arkansas Business On THV: Magic Springs Season Magic Springs and Crystal Falls amusement parks begin their new season this week with some big changes. The park has new attractions and new ownership. The park opens Saturday. It will remain open, weekends only, through May 26. This year, a new $5 million expansion opens at the Crystal Falls water park. Crystal Falls is the state's largest water park.

"Last year, visitors came from 39 states to have a day of family fun at Camden Park, West Virginia.s only amusement park. The dinosaurs are coming. 'Savage Ancient World -- the Last American Dinosaurs' is the park's new attraction for the summer of 2004. Filling the 50-foot by 80-foot Adena Center, the attraction features life-sized skeletal dinosaur models and bones that will open to the public May 22 and continue through Aug. 14." New Jersey has a huge selection of amusement parks throughout the state. From parks geared toward small children such as Storybook Land to the largest regional amusement Park in the country - Six Flags Great Adventure, where you can plummet 215 ft at 80 miles an hour on Nitro - not to mention the many water parks. There are things for all age groups and all interests.

Both Weinstein and Buelow ... advise parents to make their first stop at the first-aid station upon entering the amusement park. They also recommend that if your child is being accompanied by someone other than you to make sure the caregiver familiarizes themselves not only with the first-aid staff members at the park, but also knows what to do in the event of a seizure.
