For adults, two scoops of Amped ECN should be mixed approximately 30-60 minutes before an intensive workout. Half of the Amped ECN should be consumed shortly after mixing and consume the balance throughout the course of your high-intensity training session. Read all label directions carefully prior to use.

'The Amped Sessions' is a committee of young people brought together by Council's YouthLinx Program and Lifeline's Youth Development program who are being facilitated in hosting all age drug and alcohol free youth events. It focuses on skilling up young people and performers to be able to safely run their own sustainable youth events.

Amped has everything that you'd expect in a well made snow boarding game. You're on a mountain and the first objectives you have to do are beat the high scores and impress the media. This may seem easy at first, but it gets very challenging very quickly. As you progress through those objectives, the "beat the pro” mode and "Sponsor” modes gradually become unlocked. These 2 modes are even more challenging, and they'll all be explained in more depth later on.

Amped 1 had great visuals. That is definitely improved upon in the sequel. Everything in the sequel is alarmingly pretty. The characters, accessories, the boards, everything looks awesome. You’re field of view is amazing and the environments look awesome. The snow effects are wonderfully done, capturing the essence of moving down a mountain.

Amped 2 plays off with a bunch of mountains in which you will have to complete different challenges to move forward in the world rankings. Not all mountains are unlocked at the beginning, but once you start to climb in the ranks from 200 up, more will become available. The challenges in each mountain are as follows: High Score, Media Score, Sponsor, Photo Shoot, Pro and one Legend Challenge. Out of five of those six you will have to complete three challenges for each, each one ramping up the difficulty level. There are two new additions to Amped 2. The Camera shots Challenge where you have to jump through illuminated rings in a certain path while the photo gopher takes pictures for his publication.

Amped 3 inherits a somewhat troubled past. The series has its roots in the hey-day of snowboarding videogames when Cool Boarders still ruled atop a mountain of wannabes. Up until then, most snowboarding games had taken a fantasy-tinged approach to the sport, and as a rule they felt cartoony in the Saturday Morning sense. Then Amped and SSX came out at the dawn of the new gaming generation (which is now the previous generation). SSX embellished the fantasy angle of snowboarding games to hyperbole. It added dazzling visual effects and outlandish tricks and airs, mixing it all together with a greatest party hits soundtrack that made gamers flock to it. Of course, all that was on the PlayStation 2.
