Ohio's Holmes and Wayne counties, as well as portions of their surrounding counties, are home to the largest concentration of Amish in the world. In Holmes County, Berlin is the hub of activity of the Amish and "English" alike. A trip to Berlin during January and February is wonderful for many reasons. First of all, it will get you out of the house and help chase away those winter "blahs." Second, there won't be as many people there as in the summer. Third, you'll have a fabulous time!
