Lyonne's father confirmed her status in a televised interview Friday, suggesting that his daughter became infected three years ago while shooting the Auschwitz drama The Grey Zone in Bulgaria; reports of Lyonne undergoing methadone treatment, commonly used to fight heroin addiction, suggest the actress became infected through the use of shared needles.

5. Chris Klein -- American Pie
   American Pie actor Chris Klein is facing drunk-driving charges after a February arrest in California. Sheriff's deputies pulled over Klein, 26, on February 5 while he was driving a 2003 Bmw along a San Diego County highway, reports website The Smoking Gun. According to the criminal complaint, Klein's blood-alcohol level at the time was more than double the legal limit of 0.08 per cent. The star was briefly booked into a detention facility under his full name of Frederick Christopher Klein, where he posed for a mug shot and was fingerprinted. Klein is due to be arraigned later this month on misdemeanor charges, which carry a maximum penalty of six months in jail if convicted. News of the arrest comes just weeks after the March announcement that Klein and actress Katie Holmes, 26, had broken off their engagement after a five-year romance.
6. Chris Weitz -- American Pie
   Weitz first achieved mainstream success by directing American Pie with his brother Chris. He then directed and co-wrote 2002's About a Boy which earned him an Academy Award nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay. The brothers have since worked on establishing separate film careers, although they often serve as a producers on each other's projects. Weitz has directed two films by himself, In Good Company and American Dreamz. Additional writing credits include Antz and the television show Cracking Up. His next film will be an adaptation of Darren Shan's children's novel Cirque du Freak.
