American Airlines Inc. reported traffic results for the month of February 2008. The company reported a February load factor of 76.9% -- an improvement of 0.3 points compared to the same period last year. Traffic increased 2.5% year over year as capacity increased 2.0%. Domestic traffic decreased 0.5% year over year on 0.2% less capacity. International traffic increased by 8.4% relative to last year on a capacity increase of 6.0%.
