The project, formerly known as Red Cell, has been in development at Alphaville for several years with versions penned by Jacks and Ken Nunn. The company has now brought on former Navy SEAL Mark Stefanich to serve as a consultant and co-producer. McQuarrie will likely take executive producing credit.
