   The phrase "All Your Base Are Belong to Us" is from a Japanese video game called Zero Wing. It was a bad translation that turned into a joke among gamers. It now appears on many websites having nothing to do with video games.

   The Guild Wars 2 story is set about 250 years after the events in the Eye of the North expansion. The world of Tyria is drastically changed from its original form. These changes are caused by ancient dragons resurfacing after millenia of slumber. The first of the dragons, called Primordus, awoke during Eye of the North and proceeded to take over the underground network of Asuran tunnels under Tyria, driving the Asuras to the surface. Other dragons ... resurfaced during the intervening centuries; one rose about the sunken holy city of Arah in the ruined kingdom of Orr, and severed the sea route between Kryta and Cantha; another arose to the south of the Crystal Desert, cutting off the link to Elona; a third arose in the Far Shiverpeaks and pushed the Norn south into land previously controlled by the Dwarves.
8. Reverse Discrimination -- Races
   Reverse--discrimination suits can arise under Title VII or the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, basically providing that no state can deny equal protection of its laws to its citizens. Or the suits arise under the equal-protection clauses of state constitutions, prohibiting preferential treatment of certain individuals or groups. The categories are the typical ones you think of: race, sex, color, ethnicity. But when you're talking about reverse discrimination, it will usually arise under race or gender or age.
9. Networking -- Internet Protocol
   As well as networking the old fashioned way, use the internet to network. Do you belong to email listservs or discussion groups?  If so, use them.  Visit discussion boards like the Job Search Forum to network with career professionals and other job seekers.  Use Vault's message boards or Wetfeet.com's industry and company boards to get the inside scoop on career fields and employers that interest you. Or visit one of the other site's that focus on online job search and career networking. 10. Dating Service
    The chart below ranks online dating services by member activity, which was described in more detail last month. The site rankings are relatively unchanged from last month. However, in general Member activity increased.
