The Alienware m15x is the more mobile gaming notebook release, having a 15" screen as opposed to the 17" screen of the m17x. It offers 8800M GTX graphics like the m17x, but not in SLI. The great news is that Alienware has integrated a feature called BinaryGFX in which a user can switch between integrated graphics and dedicated graphics depending on your need. If you're looking to do some hard core gaming, use the dedicated graphics. If you just want to type up a term paper, switch to integrated to save on power.

Alienware has a reputation for making great hardware that performs so there isn't much risk they'd sell something like that but still, can you really have it all? From the start, it's clear that you can't do everything with the m3200: with Intel's built-in graphics, it's not a gaming machine. If you've got the budget and the desk space, Alienware's new Curved Display will make you the envy of gamers everywhere. TechRepublic's Bill Detwiler saw it in action as CES 2008. This widescreen monitor provides a 90-degree horizontal field of view at 2880x900 resolution with .02ms response time. The Curved Display uses DLP technology from Texas Instruments to generate the image and OSRAM LEDs for back lighting. Alienware said this widescreen monster is scheduled for release in the second half of 2008. How much will it cost?
