Alfred Molina is one great actor. I have seen him in Spider-Man 2 as Otto Ocatvius and he was kind of the right, no, perfect guy for that role, I aslo have seen some of his other movies such as Frida or The Hoax, and he was awesome.

Later in 2004 Molina appeared in the sequel to Spider-Man as Dr. Octopus. It was yet another rogue role for the veteran actor, who claimed he enjoyed such characters. "I love playing the villain," he told Newsweek writer Marc Peyser. "The assumption seems to be that all actors are desperate to be the romantic lead and get the girl." Molina is married to novelist and former actress Jill Gascoine.

Spider-Man is based on the classic Marvel Comic book series.

Getting suited up as a bishop helped Molina get into character. “The bishop outfit is actually terribly comfortable. It’s all made to measure because if that’s what you wear all the time then you’ve got to be comfortable, so it was certainly a lot easier than wearing the Spider-Man tentacles. It was a nice change really.”
